Honiton Community Theatre Company return to The Beehive following ‘Aladdin’ last year’s sell-out pantomime success. This year, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is the fairest panto in all the land.

This was a most enjoyable, effervescent production with a lavish touch and oodles of fun that brought all ages together in their enjoyment.
HCTC are proud to present three local charities with generous donations following collections from our latest productions. Private Peaceful last November and our annual pantomime Aladdin, in February collected £390 which has been split between The Baton, the Royal British Legion and the Joe Gilson Mobility Scheme.
Ahoy there m’hearties. We’re jumping aboard our ship and sailin’ over t’wards the railways of Beer for our latest adventure.
Hot off the heels of the success of Aladdin we will begin rehearsing for both our spring staged concert, A Night at the Musicals, and summer production, Annie the Musical. The most important date for both productions is the open evening on Sunday 26 February, 3pm at The Beehive. If you can’t make this date, all the information will be put online for you to be able to read through.
Honiton Community Theatre Company are enjoying record sales for their annual pantomime Aladdin at The Beehive. The show has 6 performances from Tuesday 14th to Saturday 18th February and already, over 60% of tickets have sold, compared to just under 50% last year.
We are proud as punch to announce that Honiton Community Theatre Company’s production of Urinetown the Musical at The Beehive has been nominated for two regional NODA awards.
A well-defined split set, special effects and atmospheric lighting created a dramatic and realistic backdrop to the action which seamlessly jumped to each area of the stage in the form of a sequence of flashbacks.

We are excited to announce that we’re looking for actors, singers and helpers for our 2017 pantomime, the magical family adventure Aladdin. Beth Hibbert will be returning as our Director this year ably assisted by Producer Tracey Bonetta, the creative team who produced last year’s sell-out success Peter Pan.
On November 17th to 19th, Honiton Community Theatre Company will be putting on an adaptation of Michael Morpurgo’s famous novel ‘Private Peaceful’.
When you hear the name of our next show it might make you scowl, it might make you squirm, it might make you squeal. It might even make you laugh. Whatever your reaction; it’s not what what you think!

At the prestigious 2016 South West National Operatic and Dramatic Association (NODA) Awards Dinner in Bristol the Honiton Community Theatre Company collected the prestigious “District Achievement” award for producing the best show seen by the district NODA rep.
